Black and white portraiture has always felt honest to me. Without color, there’s nothing to hide behind, just light, shadow, and presence. It allows me to strip an image down to its essence and capture something deeper than appearance. In the absence of color, I’m able to focus on emotion, energy, and soul, creating portraits that feel timeless and true to the person standing in front of my lens.
