At toriru studios we strive to provide the best client experience and satisfaction. Our team ensures a clean workspace that is sanitized after and before each client session. During your session, expect an encouraging environment that allows you to feel at ease regardless of whether you're experienced with getting photos taken or not. Your time matters, so we will always make sure to be as effective and efficient within your allotted slots.
We are based in Kansas City, MO . Yes we do and can travel for special occasions, events and commercial inquries.. Please make sure to state that you are needing us to travel to your designated location within your email.
Standard Sessions have a turn around time of two weeks from the date you've selected your final proofs
Pro & Elite Sessions have a turn around time of up to 3 weeks from the date you've selected your final proofs
*Once you've confirmed your final selection of proofs, you are given a 24 hour grace period to make any changes within your selection before the final editing process begins.*
The quantity of images are included in the description if each session/package we provide. Should you as the client want additional images added to your final edits, you have the option to do so at an additional rate. Please refer to our pricing page for add-ons and their prices.
An exclusive online gallery is provided following your session. In this gallery, you will have access to choose your favorites, download your final edits, share the link and also order prints or bigger quantity of images! You will have 48 hours from the date your gallery is uploaded to finalize your selection of proofs. After your final proofs are selected, they will be completed within the turn around time frame from your package and re uploaded as your final edits. As a reminder, once your final edits have been uploaded, you will have 10 consecutive calendar days to download your images, then all images from your session with be purged from our hard drive and online gallery.
We are aware that unforeseen circumstances may occur and we completely understand. All clients are allowed one reschedule. You must notify us of rescheduling your session at least 72 hours in advance, but please notify us earlier if you can. Rescheduled sessions must be booked within 48 hours from the date you've notified us of your rescheduling request. (ex. if your session was on March 12th, 2021 and needed to be rescheduled, you'd have to let us know prior to March 10th that a reschedule is needed. Then your new date and time would have to be booked by March 14th, 2021.

The more details you provide, the better we can tailor our services to bring your project to life with precision and creativity.
-Please make sure that you've sought after professional make-up and or hair services to ensure the best results of your photoshoots, as you should not rely on photoshop to remake your photoshoot.
Ex. the lack of quality within your prep can not guarantee high quality results within the retouching process.
-Please ensure that if the wearing of a lace and/or frontal wig is involved in your session, that it is installed with quality, otherwise you may be subjected to an additional charge as low quality lace/frontal retouching is not a simple fix.
-Toriru Studios provides wardrobe, shoes and or accessories if requested at an additional fee into your session.
-Any inspiration, mood boards must be sent at the same time of the initial booking so we can prepare to execute your vision.
-Any late arrivals will be subjected to cancellation of your booking and your deposit will still remain non-refundable. You will have to book a new session, as you will not be eligible to a reschedule due to you not notifying us at least 72 hours in advance.
-50% Non-Refundable Deposit Required for ALL bookings. This deposit protects us against last minute cancellations and changes.
-No Smoking Allowed
-No other forms of videography/photography allowed during your session unless agreed upon otherwise
-No Pets unless apart of the session
-No Kids must be brought or left unsupervised by their guardian
*Toriru Studios reserves the right to decline any booking and your retainer fee will be refunded as well.*
Booking with Toriru Photos means that you have acknowledged and read through our terms & conditions located within our Toriru Photos contract and agree to them.
